Job Overview :

The Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a Polar guillotine-style cutter to ensure accurate and high-quality cuts on paper stock. This role helps maintain production efficiency and meet customer quality standards.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates :

2nd Shift : Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM. Pay : $19-24 / hr.

What You'll Do :

• Set up and operate a Polar guillotine-style cutter according to job specifications.
• Measure, program, and adjust cutting positions for accuracy.
• Inspect materials for quality and make corrections as needed.
• Stack and label finished materials for further processing or shipment.
• Change knives, perform basic maintenance, and keep the work area clean.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
