About the Role :
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio . You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home health setting.
Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle.
Scheduling Options :
- PRN : Fewer than 12 visits / week
- Part-Time : 12–24 visits / week
- Full-Time : 25+ visits / week
- Daytime and after-school hours available
We work around your availability—daytime and after-school visits are both needed!
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on pediatric assessments.Conduct standardized and non-standardized tests to evaluate physical function.Educate families on mobility programs, exercises, and safe home modifications.Track and document patient progress with accuracy and compliance.Participate in evaluations, care planning, and discharge processes.Maintain current knowledge of pediatric PT practices and healthcare regulations.Why Join Amazing Care?

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.Benefits
