What You'll Do

Provide the Rehabilitation Department support to patients

Answer telephones professionally and communicate messages to an appropriate clinical person

Work with Insurance Companies to ensure accurate processing

Schedule services for New and Follow Up Visits

Enter information into EMR and maintain accurate documentation

Prepare paperwork and gather information and documents

Ensure quality and safe delivery of all therapy services

Ensure a clean and safe work area.

Ensure all therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

To demonstrate support for achieving the mission of Advantage

Other duties as assigned

About You

You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities

Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records

The ability to work independently with little supervision

Understanding of Scheduling Software, EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

A thorough understanding of medical terminology, events, and pressures
