Position Summary :

As Spa Director, you will lead the inception and day-to-day operation of our spa, creating unforgettable experiences that embody the spirit of luxury, wellness, and nature. Your leadership will set the standard for excellence and guest satisfaction in this transformative environment.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the vision for the spa, ensuring alignment with Bolt Farm Treehouse's ethos of luxury, wellness, and sustainability.
  • Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day spa operations, integrating smart technology and automation to enhance guest experiences.
  • Team Development : Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Guest Experience : Curate a luxurious and restorative spa menu that provides guests with unforgettable and unique experiences, ensuring high guest return rates.
  • Financial Management : Manage the spa's finances, maximizing profitability while upholding the highest standards of luxury.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5 years Proven experience as a Spa Director or in a leadership role in a luxury spa environment.
  • Strong passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating transformative guest experiences.
  • Business acumen with a track record of financial management and profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop a team.
  • Tech-savvy, with a focus on using smart technology to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for luxury service.
  • Licensure as an aesthetician or massage therapist is preferred but not required.
