In an industry long known for collaborative teamwork but wage discrepancy, Edible Beats restaurants have taken the long overdue step of including kitchen employees in our whole-house tip pool. We believe this model represents the present and future of the restaurant industry, and rewards kitchen employees for the crucial role they play in our success.

• Q : What is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)?
• A : ESOP means all employees are given ownership interest of the company in the form of company shares. There is no financial commitment from employees to own shares, All shares are earned and distributed to employees based on tenure, compensation and other rules and regulations.

Above and beyond anything else, we ask that candidates have a passion and commitment to hospitality and the excellence of the guest experience.This position requires open availability that may include the ability to work opening, closing & weekend shifts. Candidates should be prepared to work 32-40 hours a week.
