Description Of The Position

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team to accelerate the adoption of our AI tool in veterinary clinics in Spain. You will be part of a company in full expansion, where you will have autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement prospecting strategies (especially cold calls) to generate qualified leads and reach weekly meeting objectives.
- Analyze the market and monitor the competition to detect new business opportunities.
- Make the first contact with veterinary clinics, understand their needs and present our solutions in an adapted and persuasive way.
- Manage the first phases of the sales process, laying the foundations for long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Accompany and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Desired Profile
Proven experience in B2B telephone prospecting and generating opportunities, with quantifiable results.Previous experience in the veterinary or animal sector (sales, business development, technical support).Excellent communication skills, active listening, and persuasion.Understanding of the initial stages of the sales cycle and ability to develop long-term accounts.Good handling of CRM tools (Hubspot or similar).Independent, organized, and entrepreneurial spirit.Professional level of English (spoken and written), as you will work in an international environment.We Also Value
