Our salary ranges are competitive, and we provide opportunities for merit pay incentives as well as a sign-on or relocation bonus. If you are interested in a small-town atmosphere where we focus on the patient's needs while working a therapist-friendly schedule, and have support from staff and management, then this is the place for you. Candidates should have a strong skillset in hand based care of patients needing post-operative and non-operative care of upper extremity injuries, including custom splinting applications. CHT credentials are preferred, but therapists with experience in this area working towards CHT certification are encouraged to apply as well.
