Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision and build columns, caps, set concrete beams, place bridge deck.

Job Duties

Manage field crew in day to day production of projects Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety Order tools and equipment Interpret blueprints / plans and construct accordingly Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Provide leadership to others through example
