Job Title : Financial Analyst

Location : Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Contract : 6-Month Contract

Compensation : $38–$45 / hour (DOE)

Overview :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, WA. The Financial Analyst will provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive data-informed business decisions. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Responsibilities :

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for management

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership

Support audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and other documentation

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in financial analysis

Qualifications :

3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles

Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools

Experience with ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred but not required
