What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule care attendants to ensure timely and consistent patient care
  • Serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Support the team to help them reach their full potential in delivering care
  • Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling and customer service with attention to detail
  • Proactively solve problems and ensure smooth daily operations

    • What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service, administrative work, or scheduling preferred
  • Home care experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
