• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with 4 / 10 option available
• 5 - 6 patients per day
• Home health setting with point-based productivity system
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• Case types include gait training, strength building, and range of motion
• References from previous home health experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
