Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is recruiting on behalf of a respected, nationally recognized healthcare system seeking an experienced Manager of Risk Management to join its hospital leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional passionate about patient safety, regulatory excellence, and operational integrity to advance within a growing network of acute care facilities.

About the Role :

As the Manager of Risk Management , you will play a pivotal role in leading the hospitals Patient Safety and Risk Management Program . You'll support the Director of Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and operational risks across departments, ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulations .

This is a highly collaborative leadership role that partners closely with physicians, nurses, quality, and legal teams to drive best practices and a culture of continuous improvement in patient safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead investigations and coordinate follow-up for safety events, sentinel incidents, and claims.
• Maintain and improve systems for reporting and analyzing adverse events and near misses.
• Partner with leadership to promote compliance with hospital policies, state / federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Facilitate staff education on patient safety, documentation, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in committees related to safety, quality improvement, and performance outcomes.
