Job Title : Injection Mold Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd shift Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The role involves working from Monday through Friday, with potential overtime on weekends. The successful candidate will initially receive training on the first shift for a few weeks before transitioning to the 3rd shift schedule long-term. The primary responsibility is to perform skilled maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary support, and automation equipment, ensuring the facility and infrastructure remain in excellent condition.

Hours : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Pay : $35-46.00 per hour based off relating skills and experience.

Responsibilities :

• Observe all safety rules and regulations and perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventative maintenance actions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them.
• Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.
• Assemble, install, or repair any equipment, machinery, components, etc.
• Ensure reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned at management’s discretion.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00 / yr.
