Corporate Interior Superintendent

Job Description
Manage all phases of interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including the VP of Operations. Monitor and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Ensure all materials and resources are available and used efficiently. Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction efforts. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and client reference.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Interior Superintendent should have : Proven experience managing interior construction projects, preferably in the business services industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure project success. Familiarity with construction safety standards and building codes. Ability to interpret and work with project blueprints and specifications. A results-driven attitude and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges efficiently.
