Overview : Lead preconstruction activities — budgets, constructability reviews, early schedule and logistics planning for industrial and commercial projects.

Responsibilities :

Manage design coordination, budget development and value engineering.

Lead subcontractor buy-in and pricing strategy.

Develop GMP proposals and cost models.

Collaborate with owners and design teams on constructability.

Qualifications :

7+ years in preconstruction / estimating roles with a general contractor.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
