Job Summary

Collaborates with the physician and healthcare team in the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process. Provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records.

Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital is a 179 bed, full-service acute care facility that brings together the ultimate in health care technology, expertise and healing for families in Fort Bend County. The hospital is a Primary Stroke Center, Magnet hospital, and has level IV trauma designation.

• Matrix schedule
• PRN Requirements : 6 shifts per 6 weeks, 2 weekend shifts per 6 weeks, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday per year

Education :   Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferred
