Job description :
- Serve as the operational subject matter expert, supporting service delivery and resolving customer inquiries through deep understanding of internal processes.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute client-specific reports including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data requests.
- Provide education and guidance to clients and providers, ensuring clarity on processes and system functionality.
- Investigate and evaluate disputed claims, identifying root causes related to system configuration, processing, or contractual issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address operational errors, recommend process improvements, and support special projects requiring detailed research.

Working knowledge of SQLJIRAExperience or certification in medical billing and / or coding a plus.Requirements :
