Maxim Hair Restoration offers a wide of surgical hair transplant procedures and non-surgical hair loss solutions for both men and women. Our hair transplant surgeons are supported by a team of nurses, PAs, medical assistants, and hair transplant technicians. The team specializes in performing MEGA Sessions of up to 4,000 grafts for excellent results in just one session. Additionally, we combine surgical and non-surgical treatments like PRP for enhanced density. Our customized solutions are tailored to each individual's hair line, degree of hair loss, and expectations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York for a Patient Coordinator. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth patient flow. They will also communicate with patients regarding their treatments and provide excellent customer service throughout their experience with Maxim Hair Restoration.

We have offices in both New York City and Long Island, and this role will require travel to both offices.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and performing Receptionist Duties
• Handle Patient Billing & Financing
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical administration is a plus
