$17.50 / hour with a high school diploma or Associate's Degree, pay increases to $18.00 / hour at 6 months of successful employment

$18.75 / hour with a 4-year degree, pay increases to $19.25 / hour after 6 months of successful employment

Monday through Friday, day hours - NO EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS!!!

Qualifications and Skills :

Enthusiasm and creativity.

Enjoys helping others.

High School Diploma or higher.

Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Ability to pass a DHS background study.

The Direct Support Professional position includes a $2000 hiring bonus :

$500 paid out at 1 month of successful employment.

$250 paid out at 3 months of successful employment.

$250 paid out at 6 months of successful employment.

$250 paid out at 9 months of successful employment.

$750 paid out at 1 year of successful employment.

In addition, this position also receives a $200 longevity bonus at 1 year of successful employment, for a total of $2200 in bonuses within your 1st year.

Compliance with 245D licensing rules, motor vehicle background check, and a valid driver’s license are required. Dependable / reliable transportation. We provide all training and will certify you in 1st Aid, CPR, Medication Certification, and Mandt (positive supports).
