JOB PURPOSE : As a Customer Service Agent , you will spend the majority of your day answering inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You’ll assist customers with applications, inquiries, and concerns while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high level of accuracy and care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls each day.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and document interactions in the customer management system.
  • Interpret customer inquiries and apply appropriate internal processes to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and with empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Maintain composure and flexibility under pressure while upholding company standards.
  • Process applications, forms, and account updates accurately during or after customer calls.
  • Perform customer verifications and assist in setting up or maintaining customer accounts.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • General knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Ability to easily type and navigate computer applications
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time
  • Ability to wear a headset for long periods of time
  • Ability to adhere to set break schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and process multiple requests independently
  • Ability to reiterate requests, processes, and resolutions back to the customer
  • Native Spanish and English proficiency preferred but not required
