CNC Operator

Our client is a major manufacturer specializing in creating liner hangers for the oil and drill machines. We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their production team, located in the city of Newbury Park.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC mills and lathes, performing precision measurements, and ensuring high-quality production of metal or plastic components. Keep in mind that you may need to operate more than one machine to get the projects done.

Here is the schedule for this position:

•Full-time, 40 hours per week (with possible OT)

•Monday–Friday, 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

You will be responsible for:

•Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and/or lathes.

•Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

•Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any minor issues.

•Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.

•Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

•You have at least a Minimum of 2+ years of CNC machining experience (set-up experience preferred).

•You possess the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

•You have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

•You are a team player and can work well with other departments

•You know how to operate independently, with minimal supervision as needed.

•Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.

•You are flexible to work overtime if needed.

Additional Requirements

•Steel-toed shoes required.

•Earplugs may be needed due to multiple machines running simultaneously.
