Location : Must reside in Minnesota or within 50 miles of the state border

We are seeking an experienced State Director (Lead BCBA) to provide leadership and clinical oversight within Minnesota . This is a pivotal role for a highly skilled clinician who is ready to guide service quality and mentor a growing team. The role will start out with limited hours that are clinical-based, and evolve into a managerial position as the team develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statewide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA service delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and paraprofessionals.
• Oversee treatment planning, assessments, and caregiver training programs.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support individualized treatment outcomes.
