Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -Wound Care - Part-time

Inova Wound Care is looking for a dedicated LPN to join the team. This role will be part-time, Monday- Friday, day shift hours 8 : 30am - 5 : 00 pm.

Job location : Inova Mount Vernon Hospital

Schedule : M-F : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00 pm. 5 shifts per pay period

The LPN Inpatient utilizes the nursing process to provide direct patient care to patients whose care requirements are routine and standardized with predictable outcomes. Practices under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse while assisting the healthcare team to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

Certification - Basic Life Support upon start

Licensure - Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Licensed Practical Nurse upon start

Experience - None Required

Education - Vocational / Technical Nursing Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse school.

Preferred Qualifications : At least 1 year of wound care experience, home care, skilled nursing facility experience.
