Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range : $10,000 - $11,666 per month
Full CSU Classification Salary Range : $5,053 - $16,221 per month
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.
These benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, membership in CalPERS, sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Eligible employees may also participate in the fee waiver education program.
Job Summary
The Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships provides strategic leadership, administrative oversight, and policy direction for the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. This position ensures compliance with all federal, state, CSU, and institutional regulations and supports student access and success through equitable and effective distribution of financial resources. The Director works collaboratively across campus to support enrollment management goals and fosters a student-centered service model.
