Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Registered Nurse with CVOR specialization is needed in the Cape Coral, FL area for a contract role lasting approximately 13 weeks. This position offers 10-hour day shifts with flexible start times and designated days off. Candidates must be prepared to participate in on-call rotations and may be required to float to other nearby campuses within a 50-mile radius.

Key qualifications and experience include :

• Active RN licensure with at least 2 years of CVOR nursing experience
• Certification in BLS and ACLS
• Demonstrated proficiency in both scrub and circulate roles within a CVOR setting
• Experience working with Epic electronic medical records
• Previous travel nurse experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities enpass delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care specific to cardiovascular procedures, assisting surgical teams in the scrub role, circulating duties, and providing patient monitoring before, during, and after surgeries. The ability to adapt to floating assignments within the healthcare system is also essential.
