Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in product management, program management, or related fields

Proficiency in data management and technology, including Excel and data dashboards

Experience in customer experience or partnership management, ideally in a B2B2C context

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams without formal authority

Experience in setting and tracking performance goals using data-driven approaches
