Overview
This Producer role supports the end-to-end process of creating impactful video content for nonprofit campaigns, including PSAs, CTV spots, and DRTV programs. The position is hybrid, based in Tulsa, OK, with remote candidates considered.
The Producer serves as the primary liaison between the Creative Director / Lead and production / post-production teams. Responsibilities include ensuring deliverables align with campaign goals, managing the creative process from concept to final delivery, and maintaining strong internal and external communications, creative strategy, and quality control.
Moore Media and Digital, a division of Moore, builds donor surround sound through addressable and non-addressable media, including programmatic video, CTV, display, email, texting, social ads, DRTV, radio, and web design. Moore is a data-driven CXM company serving education, association, political, and commercial sectors across North America.
Your impact includes collaborative production planning, client-facing coordination, asset management, production scheduling and budgeting, on-set support, and ensuring high-quality final deliverables on time and on strategy.
Your Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in video production, with hands-on experience overseeing shoots from planning through delivery.
- Strong understanding of pre-production, field production, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to translate scripts and storyboards into actionable production plans.
- Experience managing production budgets, including crew costs and equipment rentals.
- Collaborative with creative teams and able to provide input on visual execution without leading overall creative direction.
- Skilled at managing shoot schedules, call sheets, location logistics, and on-set troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with reviewing edits and providing editorial notes aligned with the creative vision.
- Strong communication to keep teams aligned across timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Familiarity with production tools such as Workfront, Frame.io, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on-location shoots.
