Emancipet Clinic Manager Opportunity
Emancipet is hiring Clinic Manager for our Adams Ave Clinic!
More than a career, it's a movement. Emancipet is the leading non-profit veterinary care provider in the United States, on a mission to make veterinary care affordable and accessible for everyone. We manage an expanding national network of high quality, low-cost clinics; hire, train, and promote veterinary professionals from the communities that we serve; and advocate for strategies and public policy that improve the lives of pets in underserved communities. In 2024, we celebrated our 25th year delivering veterinary care to pets whose families cannot afford or access market sector care, and we also met a huge milestone : welcoming our 2 millionth patient visit.
We believe that people LOVE their pets and want what is best for them. We also know that veterinary care is financially out of reach for many pet owners. We believe that making the care that every pet needs affordable and accessible improves the lives of animals and the people who love them.
Emancipet's Adams Ave Clinic provides much-needed low-cost care in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for a Clinic Manager that will ensure that the Adams Ave Clinic spay / neuter and healthy pet services operate safely and efficiently, while providing transformative customer service to all clients and their pets.
The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations and supports a staff of veterinary technicians who also serve as customer service specialists, ensuring they have the training and materials that they need to perform their roles with excellence, meet our high medical standards and SOPs, and maintain a high level of engagement. Compassionate service is a top priority, and the Clinic Manager has an important role in ensuring that every single client is treated with dignity. Our ideal Clinic Manager has a deep, personal passion for our mission, is a "people person" and a critical thinker who loves collaborating and solving tough problems.
