What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Monitor access points at the location to help control entry and exit, verifying identification and permissions for all individuals entering the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting all relevant details as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the hotel and resort property, including interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual observations.

Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols, coordinating with site management and emergency services when appropriate.

Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, staff, and management regarding security-related matters.

Complete all required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner, following Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
