Role & Impact We are looking for a Staff Data Engineer to take ownership of Blinqs data engineering infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to lead and develop Blinqs data practices, and maximise business impact.At this exciting stage of our growth, we want to ensure our data is scalable, reliable, and ready for the future. With a great sense of ownership over our data and analytics platforms, you will be positively affecting team member growth and productivity! You would work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams, collaborating with technical and non-technical peers to drive meaningful change. What Youll Do

• In this role, you will become the strategic owner and technical leader of our data and analytics platforms.
• Building and optimising data pipelines which are scalable to support the collection, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data into databases, warehouses or lakes.
• Ensuring data quality and accuracy by implementing robust validation and observability processes.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams to align data systems with business goals and measure success effectively.
• Driving cross-functional efforts to address data integrity, reporting, and insights, while remediating inconsistencies and gaps.
• Documenting data processes, architecture, and workflows to ensure clarity and continuity across teams.
