Associate General Dentist – Longmeadow, MA

A long-established, highly respected multi-doctor private practice in Longmeadow, MA is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join their collaborative clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong GP or an exceptional candidate seeking mentorship in a legacy practice that values clinical excellence, autonomy, and long-term growth.

The practice has recently been renovated and utilizes digital technology throughout the full patient workflow. The team is experienced, supportive, and deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care. Smile design and aesthetics are an essential part of treatment planning and may include orthodontics (Invisalign and traditional), implant prosthodontics, and implant surgery. This role offers continued development in operative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, and diagnosis.

The office is ideally located approximately 2.5 hours from NYC and 1.5 hours from Boston in a highly desirable Western Massachusetts community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality general and restorative dentistry
• Participate in smile design and aesthetic-focused treatment planning
• Collaborate with specialists and a multi-doctor team on complex cases
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Active Massachusetts dental license

Strong clinical foundation with a desire to continue learning

Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
