Line Cook

At our restaurant, we pride ourselves on providing fresh food and excellent customer service. As a quickly growing company, we are looking to expand our staff with a new Line cook position. We prioritize creating a caring and fun environment for our staff as well as our customers.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities :

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Opening and closing procedures to have the shift prepped and ready for the next day and or next events.
• Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures must be completed in the beginning, middle, and end of shift.
• Must be a able to Communicate with all staff in an appropriate manner and keep the Positive Hospitality.
• Must be able to learn how to work a Meat slicer and Grinder for shipments that come in a whole animal.
• Must be able to left 25lbs or more for unloading trucks and cutting meats.

Salary Range : $11.00-$17.00
