A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Processes payroll information and maintains payroll operations according to schedules and policies
Researches discrepancies such as returned checks and unclaimed property payments
Responds to employment verification requests and processes communications from the Office of Attorney General
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a finance-related field preferred; substantial professional experience may substitute
2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, banking, operations, or clerical roles
Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
Experience working remotely with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
