At 1-800-Packouts Midwest, we help families and businesses recover after disasters such as fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. Our Pack Out team plays a vital role in restoring peace of mind by carefully handling, cleaning, and documenting personal property.
Position Overview
We're looking for a Contents Specialist to join our Pack Out Department. This is a hands on role with a mix of fieldwork and facility-based tasks. No experience is required-we provide full training.
Responsibilities
Pack and prepare personal property from homes and businesses.
Drive a company vehicle to job sites (must have a valid driver's license).
Clean and restore items at our facility, including furniture, dishes, and electronics.
Use contents tracking software to log items and upload photos.
Communicate professionally and compassionately with customers.
