Role Overview

As General Manager, US, you will lead VCLS’s Life Sciences consulting business across North America, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and high-level client engagement. In this role, you will own the business and financial performance of the US entity, VCLS Inc., and be expected to generate business that contributes to the success of the entire company. You will partner closely with global senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious goals.

This opportunity is ideal for an executive with exceptional sales and networking capabilities, with experience opening doors at the C-suite level in Biotech, Pharma, MedTech, and the investment community, and building relationships that translate into meaningful business. Market Leadership & Strategic Growth

• Define the strategic vision and market positioning for VCLS services in the US and lead the execution of a market strategy aligned with our global objectives.
• Drive high-level business development build and sustain relationships with senior leaders, innovators, and investors.
• Position VCLS as the preferred partner across regulatory, clinical, and development services.
• Proactively generate global business opportunities originating from the US market.
