Compensation :  Competitive salary based on experience + full benefits package

Schedule :  Full-Time | Occasional Travel (5–10% Overnight)

GENERAL PURPOSE

We are seeking a results-driven and safety-focused  Regional Industrial Project Manager  to oversee operations across a designated geographic region. This position is responsible for managing sales initiatives, driving regional strategies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, dedicated to fostering team development and building lasting customer relationships while aligning with the overall objectives of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety Initiative :  Promote and enforce a positive safety culture across all operations and personnel.
• Sales Leadership :  Lead regional sales efforts by developing and executing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis :  Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and position the company competitively.
• Financial Management :  Oversee regional budgets, track project manager performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Team Development :  Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Evaluate performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
• Customer Relationship Management :  Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships. Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning :  Work with senior leadership to develop strategic plans, set measurable goals, and ensure alignment with company-wide objectives.
