Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a forward-thinking, driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this leadership role, reporting to the Director, Non-Tech Recruiting, you will guide a high-performing recruiting team, drive strategic initiatives, and support both current and future global implementations of recruiting technologies. As a key leader within GM's People Organization, you will shape and execute talent strategies spanning a variety of functions ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to power our future.

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
The salary range for this role is $159,000 - $234,300. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
