R&D Applications Specialist - Kenny's Candy & Confections

Compensation :

• Year one assumed earnings range from $46,000 - $60,000 - this includes base hourly rate & sign on bonus (averaging 40hrs per week - not including potential overtime)
• Base Pay : $22.15 / hr
• Sign on Bonus (paid out quarterly) : up to $14,000
• Profit Sharing Eligibility : Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.5 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2024)

We’re now hiring a R&D Applications Specialist for our team at Kenny’s Candy & Confections. A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of new product formulations. The Opportunity

As the R&D Applications Specialist you will work closely with the whole KKC leadership team but largely with our R&D manager and Food tech team. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of new product formulations, assist in the R&D process, help create and monitor a consistent high-quality product and maintain or develop new customer and supplier relationships for Kenny’s Candy and Confections.
