A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Benelux.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and accurate follow-up to customer support tickets and calls
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve product issues and improve solutions
Create and deliver training on products and technology to partner teams
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Dutch and English
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service / support-related position
Proficient in Windows with knowledge of MacOS and Linux distributions
Experience with Zendesk and RMM software is a plus
