WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Thyme Care Practice Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers by delivering seamless remote administrative and patient care coordination. Your efforts will ensure efficient telehealth visits, enhance patient experience, and contribute to the overall success of our virtual care operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Scheduling & Patient Coordination :

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm (virtual) patient appointments.
• Manage provider calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.

This is a non-exempt, full time position. The pay rate for this role is $21 / hour. T o perform this role you must be located within the lower 48 United States due to contractual limitations with accessing PHI.
