Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin . Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy to improve mobility, strength, and independence
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning

    • Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
