Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater treatment projects from start to finish. This role involves managing diverse teams, ensuring project success across multiple delivery methods, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor project staff, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and interns.
• Participate in preconstruction activities such as estimating and value engineering.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including cost reporting, invoicing, and negotiating change orders.
• Ensure compliance with diversity, EEO, and affirmative action requirements.
• Drive implementation of quality assurance and safety plans in collaboration with field teams.
