Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects.

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or overruns.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
