Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer.\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within scope of license.\n
• Contribute to the assessment of patients and assure the well-being of patients.\n
• Administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.\n
• Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services.\n
• Educate patients / families about disease treatment plan including self care post discharge, holistic health needs, available resources and follow up care.\nRequirements\n\nLicensure / Certification / Registration : \n
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.\n
• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.\n\nEducation : \n
