You'll provide daily medical support, from administering medications to promoting healthy living.\n\nWho will love this job : \n

This job is perfect for someone who loves to stay organized and wants to make a real difference.\n\nHere's what you'll be doing : \n

Coordinating medical services for the people we serve.\n

Conducting health assessments and creating personalized healthcare plans.\n

Training new staff on healthcare procedures.\n

Associate's degree required / RN - Bachelor's degree preferred\n

State license required in nursing with no restrictions\n

1 years of general nursing experience or New LPN can have 3 years CNA / Med Aide experience – NEW GRADUATES WELCOME!\n

Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.\n
