Seeking a

• Licensed Therapist
• to provide compassionate, high-quality rehab treatment for clients with behavioral health and addiction issues.
• Primary duties include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, leading individual, group, and family therapies, and coordinating discharge plans.
• Under supervision, responsible for documenting sessions in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC), and at least 2 years of behavioral healthcare experience, preferably in residential treatment.
• Must demonstrate strong ethics, confidentiality, communication skills, and proficiency with EMR systems.
• Knowledge of MAT services is preferred.

Compensation : $55,000-$65,000 / year, with benefits including insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Location : In person in Albion, IN, with relocation required before start date.
