Facilities Maintenance Team Member Job Summary :
The Facilities Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing routine building maintenance and construction tasks across various trades (e.g., carpentry, concrete, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) for the Real Estate Division. This role requires representing the Company in a professional, courteous, and safety-conscious manner.
Facilities Maintenance Team Member Duties / Responsibilities :
- Perform and / or assist with all construction and maintenance tasks
- Execute tasks related to preventative maintenance programs
- Apply working knowledge in multiple trades, including carpentry, concrete, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related areas
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for assigned tasks
- Work well in a team environment
- Continuously learn and share knowledge of trade skills
- Perform basic mathematical functions as required for maintenance and construction tasks.
- Follow safe work practices with hand tools, power tools and equipment
- Safely operate equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, skid steers, and telehandlers
- Ensure all Life Safety Measures are maintained and functioning properly.
- Perform snow removal and salting of surfaces to maintain safe ingress and egress across Erlen Group properties

Required : Minimum two years’ of related construction experienceRequired : Valid Driver’s LicensePreferred : Previous experience in the operation of heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or CDLFacility Maintenance Team Member Physical and / or Travel Requirements :
Requires heavy physical work; frequent heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 poundsLong periods of overhead work must be toleratedThe ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time is requiredFacilities Maintenance Team Member Benefits :
