Senior JavaScript Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to lead backend development efforts using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript

Architect, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs while ensuring high code quality through testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals and improve system resilience

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a JavaScript / Node.js developer

Strong proficiency in Node.js and hands-on experience in building scalable backend services

Experience with TypeScript and designing / consuming RESTful APIs

Familiarity with MongoDB and understanding of authentication mechanisms

Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus
