A company is looking for a Scientist I, Cell Live Development.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on CHO cell line development and characterization studies

Conduct molecular, cellular, and bioprocess development studies for optimized CHO cell lines

Utilize aseptic techniques and mammalian cell culture in a laboratory setting

Required Qualifications

Experience with CHO or HEK cell line development

Proficiency in aseptic cell culture techniques

Ability to extract RNA from cells

Knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques

Cloning and flow cytometry experience preferred but not required
