Job Description

• Job Title : Database Administrator (Azure)
• Base Salary : $110,000 based on skillset, experience and location
• Location : Seattle, WA or Green Bay, WI or Las Vegas, NV
• Work model : Hybrid - Seattle, WA or Green Bay, WI or Las Vegas, NV
• Travel Requirements : up to 10%
• Reports to : Vice President of Product Design

Job Summary :

As a Database Administrator, you will support the design, migration, and management of cloud-based database solutions to support Indigenous Pact's growing data infrastructure. This role is essential in transitioning from a third-party Azure-hosted database environment to an internally managed Azure ecosystem. You will be responsible for the performance, integrity, security, and availability of critical data systems while collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and IT leadership.

This individual will ensure the organization's data environments are stable, optimized, and aligned with industry best practices in security and compliance, particularly within the context of healthcare and Tribal community data systems.
